Tell families that participation in your event is never tied to where they stay. Basic qualifying listings are free. Submissions are reviewed before publishing.

Before you submit

  • Pick one primary sport. Normal submissions use a single sport so the event shows up in the right place.
  • Your event must meet the lodging-choice standard. No required hotel, housing portal, approved-list-only rule, room-night minimum, or buyout fee.
  • Optional hotel blocks are fine. Blocks, courtesy rates, and team discounts are allowed when using them is not required.
  • Submissions are reviewed privately. Nothing is published or verified automatically, and a submission alone does not create Official Source Verified status.
  • Accuracy speeds up review. Give the correct organizer, series, local host, and tournament contact details. Contact details stay private unless you check the box to display them.
